RhizoGenes is an information database of Bradyrhizobium japonicum genes. This database is a depository of published and unpublished information on gene names, product names, mutants with known mutations and gene functions. RhizoGenes is closely connected to RhizoBase. The information deposited to RhizoGenes is listed in the database, and provided through RhizoBase.
The reason why RhizoGenes is currently rather empty is that this is a new effort, and we need YOUR contributions to make the site successful. Please fill out and send us the registration sheet on each of your Bradyrhizobium japonicum genes. Your data will be automatically included in the RhizoGenes and RhizoBase databases.
Also, please remember to send us updates regularly with new information, updated references, or more complete characterization.
